SINGAPORE, 18 September 2026 — Kaara Saaram Claypot (KSC) marked a defining milestone in its growth journey with the opening of its first international restaurant at 79, Dunlop Street, Singapore. Officiated by Datuk Seri M. Saravanan, the launch signals the Malaysian brand’s ambition to bring its distinctive dining experience beyond home shores.
Located in Singapore’s vibrant Little India precinct, the restaurant introduces KSC’s Malaysian Indian flavours to a wider audience. Its menu features signature claypot sattisorru, kizhi ghee rice, kizhi parotha and banana leaf meals, bringing together hearty flavours and the comfort of familiar culinary traditions.
The Singapore opening represents a significant step in KSC’s global expansion strategy. It establishes the brand’s first overseas presence and provides a foundation for developing future international partnerships.
For KSC, expansion means more than opening another restaurant. It is an opportunity to share Malaysian Indian culinary heritage, connect communities through food and demonstrate the potential of a homegrown Malaysian brand on the international stage.
KSC extends its appreciation to Datuk Seri M. Saravanan, its Singapore partners, team and customers for supporting this landmark chapter.
From Malaysia to Singapore — a new chapter begins, one claypot at a time.
